MetaSoft, Inc. is a Minnesota-based corporation owned by Charlene & Tom Roberts of rural New Ulm, Minnesota. Charlene (Char) has a degree in Computer Science and has been developing software for over 35 years. Tom has had 19 years as a seed dealer and has farmed all his life. As a husband & wife team, they began development of the Seed Management System (SMS) in January 1997 out of frustration with tracking inventory. Today, seed dealers all over America are using the SMS software.
